We are research chemical suppliers for mainly the United States based Research Development Institute's and/or the freelance independent researchers operating in or nearby the USA. Our International Shipping method is technically for anywhere else in the world. But, our products/materials just get shipped within the Continent of North America mainly. This would cover: all of Canada, USA's Outlying Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, St. Pierre, etc.) , and some states that aren't connected (e.g. Hawaii, Alaska.) This doesn't mean we will not ship outside of this zone, it's just something that we're not commonly being asked to do. If you live in Europe or the United Kingdom for example and checked our products and price.. and you still wish to do business with us we can provide the same quality of service as we do with the rest of our customers. In fact we're already shipping to our customers from overseas for certain product choices and if we are out of stock but our customer is requiring the research material in question; we have been shipping pre-orders for this reason but from an outside warehouse that originates in Europe or Singapore-China-Hong Kong. So, please let me know if you need any special requests fulfilled. For the most part our shipping Rules are going to be the same for both domestic & international destinations. But with some minor differences.
Domestic USA (Flat Rate of $10.95 for Priority 2-3 Day Express Mail)
This covers the connected 48 continental United States.
You can expect all packaged items to be delivered within 2-3 business days and/or 5-8 days at most! If 10 complete days go by and your order has still not been received? Please let us know by launching a ticket/claim through the admins e-mail address which is located just below these paragraph(s). All shipments are considered packaged goods and are insured for a minimum of $100 or whatever the cost of the sale was (per) A Research Requirement (through our company website only). We are NOT LISCENCED for covering any additional losses that a customer may suffer in the event of delated items. We are aware that when you have a delay like this that any study or research project planned in advance with the funding for work already paid for, also expenditures incurred would likely be considered losses. We are still only considered for The Limited Liability Company's legal asset rights for a claim and therefore we can not guarantee our customer anything beyond the cost of what their expectations were from us. We apologize for the inconvenience.
After the initial claim is ticketed we will conduct a brief investigation as to what went wrong with your insured goods that we packaged and paid for 'Priority Express Delivery' with. As long as you are not the party responsible: it won't matter what the Shipping Company investigation decides; WE WILL STILL SEND A ONE TIME COMPLETELY FREE RESHIPMENT.
That is the best we can do. No refunds will ever be provided for the monetary value of the delayed order.
However, in the unlikely event that you ARE FOUND RESPONSIBLE for what went wrong (you put in your shipping information incorrectly for example) then we cannot provide the service of a credit in your favor for reshipment. Sorry.
International Shipping destinations Rules & Information.
International Shipments To/From (both) ARE FLAT RATE $30.00 USD. If your order is coming from Europe or Singapore and is destined for the US? The $30 flat fee been factored into the price of the item listed in chem shop.
Depending upon where outside of the continental Unitedly States your laboratory is based; will determine just how much longer (for a package) you might have to wait. If you are ordering from overseas & not one of the U.S. Minor Outlying Territories your orders are subject to being checked by customs upon arrival: this process will usually take an extra 2-4 days time to occur.
Inbound Packages:
We have a portion of our CATALOG which is only available from one of our own providers' overseas based warehouses, sometimes the shipping will take a fair amount longer to arrive than it would direct from Chems R Us warehouses would. Also, it would have to be cleared from customs. But, the advantage of ordering from us rather than another international provider, is that we can guarantee that clearance. In the event that a package is questionable: we will use our RESEARCH LISCENCING FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA to rid customs agents of any of those questions. After we've collected the package from customs, it's just another 2-3 days till it will be delivered at the shipping address that you provided us. Also, from receiving to you it will be tracked & insured. It depends on what product/material it is that we don't keep in our inventory for which you required in order to tell how long it will take to arrive stateside. The origin country should always be in the product description. Spain and Netherlands is the longest. 10-15 day's. Singapore & Hong Kong is the quickest. 5-10 days.
For outbound packages: We can provide you with a 1× free reshipment in the event of customs not releasing your package to the courier. Same goes for almost any other reason your package doesn't arrive when it's supposed to. The ticket collection and investigation process is absolutely the same for both Domestic & International Shipping destinations. And, the same rules apply: if you are found to be the party who's at fault for your package being held up or lost (i.e. you entered in your shipping address wrong at checkout and didn't catch it before we sent it out to you) then you will not be entitled to the 1× free reshipment. Either way you must wait 21 days time pass before you can launch your ticket so we can start an investigation.
